For images of the Moon, try a U filter at .03 seconds. The moon is so very bright that with most of the other filters, the result will be saturated. If there is not a U filter, then try a B filter at .03s. Definitely avoid the open, clear or luminance filter on the moon as these filters let through too much light!

Jupiter and Saturn are very bright. Avoid the clear, lum, or open filters. Try the B, V, R, or I filters instead!
